Afdeer Somali Mineral Salt is a naturally harvested, sun-dried mineral salt formed in the prehistoric salt basins of the Hinlabi region.
Tested and verified by UK and EU certified laboratories, it boasts an unrefined purity of 95.4%–97.7% and up to 99.95% purity when refined, among the highest in the world.

Each grain carries the essence of the ocean and the minerals of the earth, free from modern pollutants and industrial processing.
Our salt is food-grade, HACCP-certified, and available in:
